OUR POLICIES

Cancellation /No Show:

 

I pride myself on running a business as efficiently as effectively as possible. I value and respect your time as much as my. Please review my booking policies before arranging an appointment. BY BOOKING, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STATED POLICY.

TERMS AND POLICIES

  • A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: is required when booking an appointment online to secure the spot. Canceling your appointment at any time, and for whatever reason, will result in you losing/forfeiting deposit paid. 100% of the deposit goes towards the amount due on the day of the appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in CASH (preferred), Zelle, Venmo Cash App, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Debit or Credit card are also accepted on the appointment day.
  • RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment or your deposit will be forfeited. This may be done from the confirmation email you receive.
  • Appointments that are 15 minutes, will not be allowed any delays. By giving last minute notices, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. Please be courteous and arrive on time for your appointment.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Lash Fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness. Please be advised that "a fill" is just a fill and not a full set. Please do not wait until most or all of the extensions have been shredded before you book a fill. After 4 weeks it will be considered a full set.

TRANSFER FILL from different lash artists, you will be charged the price of a full set. ALL NEW CLIENTS must be book for a Full Set.

Be Late

If for any reasons you are expecting to be late, please notify us immediately! We work very hard in order to schedule the right amount of time for each service. 


Accommodating late client is often impossible without disrupting other clients appointment for that day. Please be aware, in the unfortunate events that you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may result in rescheduling your appointment for another day and your deposit will be forfeited.

Refund

We do offer a guarantee on our services and work, but there is no refunds on services rendered. If you have any concerns with the services you received, please notify us immediately to rectify the problem within three days. You are paying for artist time, products and other expenses used to provide you with a service.

Others

No Phone/No Children/No Guests are allowed due to the nature of my services. Sharp objects are being used near your eye.
