Brow & Lash has a 24 hours cancellation/rescheduling policy that is required in order to receive a refund. There is a 30% deposit required to secure an appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total when you show up at your appointment time. Services that are approximately 15 minutes will not be allowed any delays.
Deposits will not be refunded or count toward the service due to tardiness on a service that takes approximately 15 minutes. By giving last minute notices, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. Please be courteous and arrive on time for your appointment.
Lash Fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness. Please be advised that "a fill" is just a fill and not a full set. Please do not wait until most or all of extensions have been shedded before you book a fill. After 4 weeks, it will be considered a full set.
TRANSFER FILL from different lash artist, you will be charged the price of a full set. ALL NEW CLIENTS must be book for a Full Set
If for any reasons you are expecting to be late, please notify us immediately! We work very hard in order to schedule the right amount of time for each service.
Accommodating late client is often impossible without disrupting other clients appointment for that day. Please be aware, in the unfortunate events that you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may result in rescheduling your appointment for another day and your deposit will be forfeited.
We do offer a guarantee on our services and work, but there is no refunds on services rendered. If you have any concerns with the services you received, please notify us immediately to rectify the problem within three days. You are paying for artist time, products and other expenses used to provide you with a service.
No Phone/No Children/No Guests are allowed due to the nature of my services. Sharp objects are being used near your eye.
